The Glenwood Hills Football/Cheerleading Youth Association (GHFCYA) provides football & cheerleading athletic programs for children and young adults at Glenwood Hills located in Decatur, Georgia. These activities are designed to challenge our young people socially and emotionally, as well as reinforcing family values, self-esteem and the ability to function in today’s society. We invite neighboring communities, groups and business to help develop strategies and partnerships that provide positive directions for our youth. We encourage our youth to develop intellectually, scholastically and to become self-sufficient.
The programs at GHFCYA continue to be a vital asset for the youth in the community. As one can imagine, the cost for providing these activities are very expensive and the program registration fees do not cover all associated expenses. To help keep registration fees at an affordable level and to control costs, GHFCYA seek financial support from external sources. GHFCYA rely on the fund-raising activities of our participants, as well as donation and sponsorships from our community leaders and business organizations.
GHFCYA is a 501 (C) (3) non-profit organization (Tax I.D. # 20-2687897) and all sponsorships/donations are tax deductible. GHFCYA accepts individual team sponsorships/donations, as well as sponsorships/donations that are applied toward the improvement of our facility and the programs we offer.
